Silver accounts and up get access to timeslots events, which allow admins to create an interactive calendar for individuals to pick and choose their own timeframe over a defined timeslot.

By default, private events are hidden from everyone not in your group or network. If you would like them to be searchable by anyone, you may change the visibility here. Note that if a private event is visible, then anyone can see the event listed on your group page (or parent group pages) but the user will still have to log in and be a member of your group/network in order to register or view the details.

As a group administrator, you have the ability to set your event's privacy level.

Privacy Levels in Detail

• Public = All of GivePulse (if group is public)
• Private - Entire Network = Your group, parent groups, and affiliates.
• Private - Primary Network = Your group and parent groups.
• Private - Group Only = Just your group.
• Private - Invite Only = Only people that you send an invite to.
• Affiliate Specific = Only visible on selected affiliates
• Tag Specific = Only users with any of the selected tags

Do you want to publish this event for specific affiliates? If so, the event will only be listed on their pages.
